The Classroom brief consisted of three tasks that offered the chance to critique and improve the classroom in relation to the climate emergency. Those tasks were to collaboratively develop a climate classroom rule book, while individually learning something new about the climate emergency for a week and designing a system, for another week, that would teach this climate emergency skill/knowledge to somebody else. This is my response.

This project was selected to be part of "Climate Class: 24 Design Students Responding to Environmental Apocalypse", by Libby Higgins, exhibited in Theater Amsterdam for the Plastic Justice Summit.

"Featuring the work of 24 students across nine courses at Central Saint Martins, Climate Class explores themes of an ecological education: identifying harmful materials, innovating with more sustainable materials and promoting innovative pedagogy."

NoMorePlasticBagsDIY tackles the problem of excessive use of plastic bags for grocery shopping and offer a new sustainable way of making your own grocery bags out of reusable materials.
